Features:
The valve cover is equipped with a cooling cavity, which can reduce the aging phenomenon caused by temperature and improve the compensation and sealing performance of the packing; the gland bolts are designed with hinged bolts and are easy to disassemble.
The bracket adopts double rib design and has good rigidity.
The valve stem is precision ground to ensure sealing and smooth operation. The upper part of the valve stem is fixed with mechanical threads to improve toughness and durability.
The valve seat is easy to replace and uses overlay welding to reduce seat deformation caused by external pressure. Its surface is hardened to ensure good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The graphite sealing ring can still maintain good sealing effect under low pressure and high pressure, even under instantaneous high pressure and high temperature conditions.
