Overview and Application
The cast steel globe valve is bolted to the bonnet. The bonnet is equipped with a cooling cavity, which can reduce the aging phenomenon caused by temperature and improve the compensation and sealing performance of the packing. The gland bolts are designed with slip-knot bolts and are easy to disassemble. The valve seat is easy to replace and adopts sealing surfacing method, which can reduce the deformation of the valve seat caused by external pressure; its surface is hardened to ensure good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The bracket adopts double rib design and has good rigidity. The valve stem is precision ground to ensure sealing and smooth operation. The upper part of the valve stem is fixed with mechanical threads to improve toughness and durability. Graphite sealing ring can maintain good sealing effect under low pressure and high pressure and even under instantaneous high pressure and high temperature conditions.
The valve body guide structure is used to guide the valve disc and the valve seat as coaxially as possible. The length of the guide rail covers the entire stroke of the valve disc to ensure that the valve disc fully enters the valve seat.
It has the function of "discharge in emergency" when the valve is partially opened under high pressure differential conditions.
