BL-H series straight-stroke pneumatic actuators are manufactured in strict accordance with quality standards to ensure reliability and safety in use.
The BL-H type series valve pneumatic actuator uses 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa (gauge pressure) purified compressed air as the working power to push the piston
and drive the valve gate to perform linear motion perpendicular to the fluid to achieve the purpose of adjusting, opening and closing the valve.
BL-H series actuators are suitable for most types of wedge gate valves, flat gate valves, knife gate valves, globe valves, discharge valves, orbital ball valves and orbital plug valves, etc.

Structural features

customized for customers. The complete set of pneumatic valve series equipment can be equipped with valve position return devices, valve positioners, and solenoid
devices. Valves, air source processors, gas/manual switching mechanisms, hydraulic components, gas storage tanks and other accessories meet the needs of on-site
working conditions, and can realize remote control of valves, centralized control of multiple units and other operations.
The protection level of some pneumatic actuators of the BL-H series meets the IP65 standard (dustproof, waterproof). When the pneumatic actuator is equipped with
a pneumatic/manual switching mechanism and there is a gas or power outage on site or a failure of the solenoid valve or the control circuit, the operating handle can
be turned very conveniently to quickly switch from pneumatic to manual operation. Ensure the normal operation of the line and avoid accidents. At the same time,
this series of products can be reliably used as manual valves before the automatic control system of the new project is completed.
